Little Me Dress 3T White Layered Tulle w/Roses

Lovely little dress sleeveless with 3 layers. Inside layer is a soft 100% cotton material the next two layers are a very soft comfortable tulle material. Very soft and won’t scratch the skin. Pretty dress in very good condition. White with pink embroidered pink roses with a pink ribbon band on the front. Dress buttons up the back. 3 T
