Little Miss Marmalade Floral Ruffle Teal Red and White sleeveless dress

Vintage inspired teal sleeveless summer dress with large red and white flowers and polka dot ruffle. Button opening down center back, fully lined, 100% cotton. Measurements taken flat: waist 12”, length from shoulder 24”. Gently used condition. One mark on back of dress as pointed out in last two photos.
