Little Precious Vintage Fruit Floral Dress Puff Sleeve Gingham Collar Girl SIZE?

Vintage 90s Little Precious floral fruit dress. There is NO SIZE TAG—I believe this is about a size 3T, but please check measurements. Adorable fruit and flower print on a white background. Pink gingham collar, and pleat that peeks through the front. Lace trim, cute rose shaped buttons. Bows on puff sleeves. There is a small repair under back of collar that can’t be seen when wearing (see last couple pics). Fabric looks nice, any wash wear is mild.
