Little Red Dress Knit A Line Ribbed Bodice Cap Sleeve

The Little Red Dress The tag was removed so I am unsure of the designer or the size. I would say a either a small but i'm leaning towards a medium, please see the measurements below. I am also unsure of fabric but some sort of knit with ribbed bodice. Cap Sleeves and body flattering. Good condition with lots of life left - the issues I see which are minor are: - two small pulls that can easily be just snipped off - few strings pulling that can also be just snipped but don't appear to be affecting the dress - I didn't notice until out in the sunlight but the back neck trim had a light discoloring that may or may not come clean - The hook eye in the back only has one side attached still - the other is missing, but it basically zips all the way up to there anyway. Measurements taken while laying flat are apprx or as close as I could get right: - Length 34" from back of neck to hem - Just under 14" across from under armpit area - Roughly 14 1/2" across where I believe the bust to be - Roughly 15 1/2" ish where I believe the waist to sit - this is where it begins to flare out
