Little Red Riding Hood Handmade Tie Dress- size 4-6

This dress is adorable! If you look at the hem it has some lines from the riding hood story on it. I got this at a little boutique and it is handmade with no size tags but it fit my daughter from 4.5-6.5. From neckline to hem it is 20” but if you look close the strap is one pull through ribbon so you can also adjust the size somewhat that way. No stains or tears and it is just simple cotton so very easy to clean.
