They’re basically elastic bands with a fabric covering, similar to a hair tie / hair elastic / ponytail holder. They can be worn in your hair, or as braclets! The upper band is a light pink, with a Lala charm. The lower band is a light blue, with a Kiki charm. The metal color of both of the charms is gold, and the charms are painted with enamel paint. Both Kiki & Lala are wearing a horn / devil headband, have a purple pumpkin / jack-o-lantern hair accessory, and are wearing a purple Halloween outfit with a bowtie / ribbon! The elastic band is approx. 0.3 cm thick, with an approx. diamater of 5 cm / 1.97 in. The charms measure approx. 0.60 x 0.70 in. Officially licensed by Sanrio!
