Little Wonders long sleeve dress

Sweet little girls’ dress, cotton long-sleeves and cotton lining on bottom. White tulle around the bottom detailed with silver dots. Color is more of a cream/off-white. Velvet bow and attached band around the waist. Snap button up back. Did run a little large in my opinion. Excellent condition, no stains. Only worn twice.
