Little black bubble dress

Dunnes size 8 black bubble dress. This is a pretty forgiving dress, I wear a 16 and technically it still fits, though it's designed to be looser and more "balloony". It has a banded bottom intended to balloon the skirt section out, you can pull it further up on the thigh for a short dress, or wear it lower down closer to the knees, see pictures. Lint in fourth picture will come off, I hung my clothes out instead of putting them in the dryer.
