Little black dress PS with high loose fit waist. Simple, knee length V neck

Spense petite, little black dress. Sleeveless, V-neck with gatherings at center of chest which hangs down to the knee. Not form fitting other than in the chest area. Up to a 32 inch bust. Two flaps hang from over the breast area down to below the hem line. Simple, elegant and easy to pack, no wrinkle. Approximately 20+ years old, good condition. 95% polyester, 5% spandex.
