Little black high-low dress with cutout

Black cutout dress. “Top” of dress has solid black across breasts and has black mesh straps - can be worn with a strapless bra. “Skirt” portion is high-low: above the knee at the front, mid calf at the back. Skirt is solid (not see through). “Top” and “skirt” are attached in the front, not at the back. (Note: photos include hanger straps that are not part of the dress design.)
