Little black peplum dress, tastefully done

Peplum gives you a more flattering shape, balancing your bust and "thinning" your waistline. Bare shoulders without bearing the cleavage. Keyhole back above zipper. Expensive looking fabric. Sigh... wish that it still fit me.
