Little girl party dress….flower girl dress w/headband…wedding party

I bought the basic off white dress, and then had my designer add the little puffy flowers, tiny sequins and special touches, like the gathered flounces. He also made a matching headband (which is included) I’m guessing the dress is a child’s size 4. The flower girl was four years old in this photo. 20 inch waist. 16-17” long measured from waist. Also, would make a beautiful little dress for holidays of any kind.
