@poshsuperstar she was a size 6 in this picture. The back has a zipper and then a corset so it can pull tighter. The only spot I would worry about it fitting is if it would be too long. I am away from home for the next day but once I return I can give you measurements. I can also pull measurement for the dress that I gave to have it made.

@poshsuperstar Chest 25 1/4, waist 25 1/2, height 52 inches, and shoulder to knee 26 1/2.
