Littler vintage black velvet beret

Littler black velvet beret hat from the 60s In the center of this velvet beret is a grograin 1/2” flat disk. In that center is a perky 1 1/4” upright rowed grograin fabric! There is an attractive 1 1/2” ribbed stretch band that has the circumference of 15”-20”, which probably is for a small head. The black beautiful velvet sides are 4” and across the round top is 9 1/2” It has a surprising lime green and white lining. Excellent vintage condition, with one caution. The cute upright rowed fabric in the top center is a bit wobbly. Take care in storing it. From my personal vintage hat collection This was my mother’s. She bought it at the very elegant Littler store in Seattle. I have fond memories of my first modeling jobs at Littler wearing their exquisite and expensive clothes. I was in awe!
