chantelles @ana_good I just started getting into them, mostly for my 3 year old but more for me 😆 they are too cute! I wish I knew about them when they came out. Didn’t even know they were a thing.

ana_good @chantelles i’m 19 and these things were my whole entire childhood😅 just some advice from my mistakes, please don’t let your child draw on them😩 i have so many regrets of marking up and ruining ones that are worth so much today😭 my goal is to collect all the older ones even though i’m way too old to play with them anymore🤣 you’re right they are just way too cute!! also if you haven’t you should check out calico critters, i wish my parents would’ve gotten me into those too! they’re adorable😍

chantelles @ana_good yea, we’ve gotten some that were written on. They didn’t even tell me they were written on when I bought them and no amount of scrubbing gets it off 😫 I don’t want to get her into anything else lol she loves anything small and cute so we have loads of hatchimals doorables tsumtsums & now lps. Every time she plays they are such a pain to pick up so I’m going to hide most in an organizer for myself & let her have just her favorites. I just wish I could find them more affordable.

ana_good @chantelles if you want to try, i found a trick, you can get acne cream with 10% benzoyl peroxide in it (i got mine off amazon for a few dollars it was called solimo) you apply it to the stains on the lps and set them outside in the sun for a few hours-days depends how bad it is. it really works! it can bleach the plastic though so i don’t recommend it if the stain is on the details but if it’s just on the base color it’s safe! been collecting for a decade and just learned that this month🤣

lyssalayne3 You could also check out M e r c a r i, a lot of them are listed a little high there too, but I often see bulk listings for $10 to $50 where the average cost per pet is between $1 and $2. I have purchased 157 pets from that app for a total of $294 INCLUDING shipping costs which averages out to about $1.87 for each pet and getting that pet to me. I just bought one today where someone listed 37 pets for $45 plus only a few dollars for shipping. Hope that helped. ;)

alisfits @ana_good I just came across this, I’m in the same boat as you haha I’m 21 and starting to collect all the ones I always wanted growing up, I have quite a handful already, and I’m selling a lot of the ones I don’t care about anymore, some I’m posting on here if you’re interested but it’s so nice to know I’m not the only adult collecting these guys I felt so weird for getting back into them at first 🤣
