Stethoscope- see box description No extra earpiece No bell/diaphragm replacement parts or anything Just the stethoscope, box, and booklet I did use it a few times when I misplaced mine that like to use (mine is pediatric -this one is for adults ) Basically it’s just like new. Thank you!
