Such a FUN dress! This little number is silky smooth to the touch but not see-thru. I used to wear it without a bra because the back had a nice velvet brown strapp-y look.
The beautiful navy fringe on the bottom makes this dress MOVE! Which is why it is to Die For!! Dress is down and casual, super boho chic. Or pop a pump on and make it a retro sexy look! I would not suggest Heels with buckles ( the fringe gets caught) also the material has no stretch - probably ideal for B cup or below.
