Liya Lisa Blouse, soft material with sequins UNIQUE, RARE. This garment appears to have been made by a Chinese Company judging by the Yuan price tag. I am unsure of the size, but I would guess it is an XS or S in Women's. See photos for measurements. NOTICE: I want to be completely transparent. This garment seems to be well made, but some other garments I have from this brand (also new) have some of the stitching coming out. The materials seem to be high quality, but it wouldn't hurt to be handy with a sewing needle in case the threads begin to come out.
