@moonspell23 Hello! I’m sorry, I managed to miss your first question! From my understanding, the caftan sizes mostly do refer to the length, however, not solely. For reference: I wear a size 10-12 in Trashy Diva and prefer to take an XS or S in the caftans. I hope this helps. Please feel free to ask further questions.
