Liz Claiborne Blouse

Great condition, only been worn a few times. The top is a flower pattern with a see through fabric. There is two strings hanging down from the top of the blouse for design. I would wear an undershirt. Materials: Body: 64% Rayon/ 36% Polyester. Lace: 73% Cotton/ 27% Nylon.
