Liz Claiborne Blouse

Red and white polka dots, totally synthetic, boxy blouse by Liz? Can't beat this one. Can fit boxy/oversized. No shoulder pads (who dared remove them!?) but the silhouette looks like they're still in there. Size L Shell buttons and huge front breast pocket. EUC no flaws
