This is a beautiful Liz Claiborne clear rhinestone dangle necklace from the late 1990s to early 2000s. The necklace is 18 1/2 Inches in wearable length with 11 dangles an inch long. Each dangle has a foil back clear rhinestone on the necklace and dangling from the one above. It has a Liz Claiborne hang tag and is adjustable in length.
