It measures about 23" across the chest, about 21" across the waist, about 23" across the bottom, about 29" long from the shoulder to the bottom edge, all laying flat. There are three black spiraled fiber decorative buttons down the front. The fabric is a wool, acrylic, and nylon blend, with an acetate lining. There are shoulder pads.
