Rare find. 1980's /1990's,  button front dress, with 2 working pockets , collar, belt, removable shoulder pads. All season wear. Flattering style. Approximate measurements taken laying flat. P2P 19.5" Waist 16" L 53" back shoulder seams 17" machine wash, dry low, hang immediately.  Remove pads and belt before  washing. Belt is good, no peeling, no cracks, no frays around buckle. 100% Polyester,  high quality  fabric, no fade colors looks awesome. Made in Philippines. Fabric is smooth and flowy. I love this dress, but it is too small.  Beautiful.
