Liz Claiborne short/skort in dark blue. The back looks like shorts, but the front looks like a skirt This does have an elastic waist on the back. It has a zip closure on the shorts part and a full button on the skirt front. Size 14 and length measures roughly 19” and waist 14 1/2”. 100% Cotton Machine wash separately (LL26)
