These are lined and they set on your hips. They are a beautiful toffee color that will go with just about any color. I have the red and toffee color knit top that is the same color, perfect. You can't go anywhere and find pants fit like this for this price. The right leg lining needs some of the hem stitched back up. I would suggest to buy the top that matches. You will not regret it!
