Liz Claiborne Sleeveless Navy Blue Flare Dress with Mesh Hem Size 12

This Liz Claiborne sleeveless navy blue flare dress is a Size 12. This comfortable dress has a unique waistband and hemline. The hemline flares and is made with mesh material. The lining is 100% polyester and the outer fabric is made up of 96% polyester and 4% spandex. The dress is in very good condition but does have two minor flaws. There are two pull places on the front of the dress (see photos); one is in the middle below the waist and the other is on the lower left side. Measurements are below. Shoulder to Hem: 41"; Bust: approx 19"; Waist: 17"; Hip: 20.5"; Waist to Hem: 27"; Hem: 45"; and Hook to Zipper: approx 5.5"
