Liz Claiborne lightweight blouse like feel of 100% cotton top in navy gingham. Neckline is rounded with a V slit in the front. The 3/4 length sleeves have beautiful embroidery down each sleeve. The end of the sleeve gathers with skinny elastic. The back of the top is gathered in a ruffle effect just in the back for a fun detail. Excellent condition.
