Liz Claiborne Woman's Ombre Red Dress Size 10

Liz Claiborne Dress, size 10. Dress is Ombre with it getting lighter as it goes down. It does have little loops at waist for a belt or sash, but I don't have one for it. Measurements are: Chest 19" armpit to armpit seam, total length is 37". Pre-owned (no belt...if it had one).
