Liz Claiborne black peplum blouse

This short sleeve black top is made from a soft and thick black quilted polyester fabric and has a flattering peplum waistline. It's a size small and has a looser fit and was comfortable for me when I wore a size 6. Good pre-owned condition with some wear on the inside but no flaws on the exterior.
