Liz Claiborne midi pencil linen wrap skirt medium

Liz Claiborne medium pencil style wrap skirt. Waist: approx 16 inches laying flat Length: approx 24 inches As I've tried to show in the video there is a slit on the inside of the skirt (under the wrap) about 9 inches high. It is designed for walkability and also so the wind doesn't ever become a huge problem ;)
