This SO cute royal blue polka dot Liz Claiborne is a size 6 and has a little stetch. Pit to pit is 18". It does have darts to give a tapered bust and is fully lined. Has pleated skirt and zippered back. It can easily be a retro dress with a red belt and shoes.
