Liz Claiborne size 8 black velvet flocked skirt

The skirt is a delight. Fully lined, back zipper, velvet floral flocked pattern on top of a traditional tweed. The hemline flares out sort of like a trumpet style. Waist measures 14 1/2 across. Length measures 27 inches. I’m moving this summer and I’m motivated to sell everything. Offers encouraged.
