This is the cutest dress ever one of my top favorites. It is black and yellow with a flare bottom. The Meadows fits snug under the breast around the waistline so it is very slenderizing. I'm sure I only wore this dress two times because I change sizes and didn't get to wear it again. It is in perfect condition

blondeiceblue @mpa28 hi! Absolutely. Armpit to armpit stretched-out is 20 in, under the bust is 17 in, across the bust is 19 in, the waist is 18 in. I will post pics showing the dimensions
