Liz Claiborne velvet top with satin trim

This is beautiful, boat necklace, gently worn velvet top that will be perfect for a holiday event. It looks great with a skirt, pants or even with jeans. It is 3/4 sleeve with satin cuffs. There are side slots on each side. It has a button closure at the neck. It's been worn twice.
