This Liz Lange for Target blouse. B&W stripes, Nice scoop neck, not too clingy material. Size small with is a size small with measurements below Flat lay bust measures under pit to pit across is 18” Length down from scoop neck to hem 23.5” Length from back collar to hem 32” Around the middle on flat lay, the waist measured around 20”. The black band on the bottom of blouse is 15” across with little stretch.
