This is an absolutely stunning off-shoulder dress from the famous Japanese fashion brand Liz Lisa. It is a high-low style, meaning the back is flowy. The fabric is light and lovely with beautiful lace and bow details. It is partially lined. It’s perfect for summer! It has a small run on the overlay fabric as shown in the photos. Because it is Japan “free size,” it could fit an XS-S, though it does not have much stretch.
