Made in USA. ~ Dress was dry cleaned and remained in the dry cleaning bag for probably 20 years, was in a long-forgotten dress bag in the bottom of a tote. ~ A casual and pretty dress, even still. Slight A-line flare. ~ Short sleeves, rounded collar, slight v-neck in back, zips up the back. ~ Has tie waist and "flap" kind of extra fabric in front and back that is a bit shorter than the actual dress. ~ From smoke & pet free home.
