This black velvet hand bag is in excellent condition. Super high end! Has not been used, no snags, or flaws. It has a snap strap inside to gather the sides in and keep contents contained. There is also a snap at the top of the purse to keep it closed. The handles are silver metal. The purse size is about 10” tall and 11” wide at the widest point. Overall height from the top of the handles to the bottom of the purse is 16”.
