Loft Black Maxi Dress XS

This Loft black maxi dress XS is cute and comfortable. It feels like very soft cotton, but is actually rayon and spandex. It was only worn once to a summer gathering. I am 5’3” and wore it with wedges as it is 53” long. It is 15” pit to pit and the waist is 12” but is a high waist elastic gathering.
