Loft Black and White "Playful Fun" Skort Dress

This dress is so fun. It's NWOT. I bought it for myself and I realized it's too short for my age. It's black with small white polka dots. It's a skort but there is a front dress that wraps across the front and ties and covers the skort. It's V neck and the sleeves are 3/4 with a ruffle and it's a size 0. The bottom of the skirt has a ruffle as well. It measures 18.5" from armpit to armpit and It's polyester. It's adorable and you can wear it everywhere.
