Loft Black and White Striped Blouse

Size M Loft lightweight blouse in black and white stripes. Long sleeves with button on cuff. Half buttons with slight natural flare on bottom. Ruffled collar with thin tie. Looks great tucked in or not. Can be worn under a jacket or sweater or on its own. Longer length gives it a little extra coverage with leggings. Never been worn but no tags.
