Loft Cowlneck Dress

This dress is beautiful and so classy! I wore it once and it was too tight (see photo of the ripped lining for evidence) or I would not be parting with it. Crisp white with blue ink blot/ paintbrush stroke pattern. Navy grosgrain ribbon at waist. Hidden side zipper. Draped cowl neck. Slight bubble hem gives great movement. One flaw - 4.5 inch tear in lining near seam. Shell is in great condition.
