Loft Dark Navy and White Boat Neck 3/4 Sleeve Elastic Waist Dress 0 Petite

Versatile dress can be worn while out and about, or at the office. Color is a dark navy that looks almost black in some light. Boat neck neckline, and 3/4 sleeves. Elastic waistline gives the center of the dress a slightly billowy look. Side zip and snaps closure on the left. Size is 0 Petite. Please see photos for approximate measurements.
