Loft Floral Dress

Adorable, like new floral dress. It has long flared sleeves and is gathered at the waist. There is a tie at the neck on the back and at the bottom of the V is a zipper. From the waist up is lined and it has pockets. There are no rips or stains and it comes from a smoke free home. Measurements: pit to pit - 20” waist- 16.5” shoulder to hem - 34.5”
