Beautiful blouse from Loft outlet ~ maroon color with floral print ~ has a slight balloon sleeve with elastic at the wrists ~ mock neck with keyhole button at back of neck ~ peplum hemline ~ front and sleeves are semi sheer polyester (see pictures) and back is soft rayon (soft tee shirt feel) Measurements taken lying flat: Pit to pit: 18” Length: approx 23” (slight curved hem)
