Loft Floral Ruffle Tie Neck Smock Dress Size M

This stunning smock tie neck dress by loft is so beautiful for any occasion! It is in perfect condition and has only been worn a couple of times! It is a dark blue with a tinge of green with beautiful peony flower details. There was a belt however it was missing when sold to me so I have deducted for that in my pricing. The loops for a belt are still intact so a belt can be added! It is also stunning without a belt.
