Loft Floral/Swiss Dot Wrap Style Romper Sz 0

This darling black wrap style romper with blue and white floral looks like a mini dress from the front and back, but has shorts underneath! Ruffled sleeves hit just past the elbow; inside zipper for the shorts, wraps around to tie at the hip, and has a snap closure at the chest. Lightweight, hits mid thigh and oh so cute!! Zero fits more like a 2 IMO.
