These Loft leggings are very stretchy and were only worn a few times. They’re a little too big for me. They are not bagged out. Measurements (approximate, laid flat): Rise: 7.5”-8” Waist: 12.5”-13” Length from waistband to leg opening: 34” Leg opening: 4.5”
