seeuseeme @audreyka hi I added three photos that refers to your questions. It is like a velvet material n welted pockets in the back. Hips 17, and waist 13 inches respectively. Hope this helps

audreyka @seeuseeme Can u measure the rise? Sorry for so many questions. The waist seems smaller than some of my other Loft pants- maybe it sits higher up. The pants look very nice
